According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the telecommunications industry is very profitable, with average salaries much higher than other industries'. The BLS reports that average weekly earnings in telecommunications in 2006 were $963. The most job growth is expected in telecommunications technology sales, where median hourly wages for 2006 were $23.13.

M.S. in Telecommunications Management (MSTM)

Texas Tech University - Master of Arts in Technical Communication
Texas Tech University offers an online version of the master's degree in technical communication and provides professional development for people working in technical communication. It also provides the qualifications for entering the career for people in other career fields.
