Saint Joseph's College of Maine is a liberal arts college for people of all faiths and all ages. Founded in 1912 by the Sisters of Mercy, the institution has a long history of providing education to adult students through distance learning. The Division of Graduate & Professional Studies was established in 1976 to provide a quality college education for working adults who sought an alternative to traditional on-campus study. |

Currently, approximately 4,400 students from all 50 states and 20 countries worldwide are currently active in distance learning courses through Saint Joseph's College, enrolled in programs such as business, education, health care administration, IT management, liberal studies and nursing. Nearly 1,000 undergraduate students study at the College's 331-acre campus on Sebago Lake in Southern Maine.

Admission Requirements Some programs may have additional admission requirements. In most cases, you can use your previously-earned college credits toward your degree requirements as long as they were earned from a regionally accredited college or university.
