South University offers bachelor's and master's degrees that can be completed entirely online. An innovative feature of online education at South University is the Campus Common, an online interface that allows you to connect with the university from anywhere. Through Campus Common you can contact your academic advisor, the financial aid department, or your professor. You can also interact with tutors and classmates. Campus Common hosts online events and professional organizations as well. Campus Common ensures that your online education is every bit as complete as a traditional campus experience.

When you enroll in an online degree program at South University, you can complete everything related to your program via the Internet. Using Campus Common, you can access lectures, assignments, and syllabi that are posted online. Once you complete your assignments or tests, you can submit them online as well. Books that are required for your courses are available through the online book store.

Your classes are taught by dedicated professors who have industry experience in the subject they are teaching.  You can receive personalized assistance from your instructor online when you need it. Discussion forums allow you to interact with your classmates as you discuss the material and get to know each other.

Courses in the online programs last five ½ weeks, and you can complete eight session a year if you wish. This option allows you to work at your own pace and potentially finish your degree quicker than in a traditional program. Full-time students can complete a bachelor's degree in less than three years and a master's degree in as few as 18 months.
