Texas Tech University
Texas Tech University offers an online Master of Science in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. This program is designed for experienced hospitality professionals who, for a variety of reasons, cannot attend a traditional on-campus graduate program. The courses are similar to the on-campus program, but are taught via the internet and other electronic medias. Courses are designed to accommodate each individual's own pace and timetable. Most students will be able to complete this degree program in three years. The distance learning program consists of 38 hours of coursework. The coursework includes areas such as research, human resources, finance, operations, marketing and others. Texas Tech University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
