Joplin, MO Fashion Schools: A City Proud of its Past

Joplin, Missouri is located in the famous Four States area of the U.S.--Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas--at the edge of the Ozark Mountains. With its modest population of approximately 48,000, Joplin maintains a small-town ambience, but is still home to several major hospitals and a number of colleges and universities. For students who prefer a small town, Joplin may be an ideal place to take fashion and design classes.

Joplin Is Americana

Joplin has a rich history, with many of its buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. It continues, however, to modernize with large-scale economic development and an aggressive revitalization plan for its downtown district.
