    Educational Pathways is a monthly newsletter that is available both online and in print. The newsletter contains articles about distance learning developments in higher education. The newsletter is a member of many different educational associations, including the American Library Association and the Distance Learning Section of the Association of College and Research Libraries.

  • Student Affairs Online
    Described as "the online magazine about technology and student affairs," Student Affairs Online is published by a group at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

  • Journal of Distance Learning Administration
    And electronic journal published quarterly, the Journal of Learning Administration published manuscripts from practitioners and researchers who work in the field of distance education management. The e-journal is published by the State University of West Georgia.

  • EContent Magazine
    EContentmag.com is an e-zine containing news, white papers, and articles divided into various topic sections such as Digital Asset Management and Rich Media. The e-zine is designed to deliver "insight into the latest content technology, tools, and trends" in the distance education environment.

  • DESIEN (The Distance Education Systemwide Interactive Electronic Newsletter)

  • Contemporary Issues in Technology & Teacher Education (CITE)
    Created as a multimedia analog to the Journal of Technology and Teacher Education, CITE is a solely electronic newsletter of the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) and is published by the Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE).

Australia
  • DERUN (Distance Education Research Update Newsletter)
    Published by the Division for Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE) at Central Queensland University in Australia, DERUN is published twice annually and is about ten pages long. The newsletter contains summaries of the distance education research conducted by DDCE staff, as well as reviews of articles, conference reports, and researcher profiles. Though the print version of the newsletter will continue being produced, the newsletter is also now available online.

Canada
  • COMMUNIQUE
    The newsletter of CADE (the Canadian Association of Distance Education), this newsletter provides CADE members with updated information about distance learning in Canada and outside of Canada. The newsletter is published six times a year.

  • International Review of Research in Open and Distance Learning (IRRODL)
    Published by Athabasca University, this e-journal is designed to distribute scholarly work related to theory, research, and best practice in the open and distance learning educational environment.

  • Distance Education and Training Network Newsletter
    This newsletter is meant for members of the Distance Education and Training Network of the National Society for Performance and Instruction (NSPI). It is public quarterly in Alberta, Canada.

United Kingdom
  • EDEN Newsletter
    EDEN Newsletter is the newsletter of the European Distance Education Network, the association based in the United Kingdom. EDEN is designed to promote the collaboration of many educational institutions, networks, and individuals involved with European distance education.

Europe
  • Using Telematics in Education and Training
    Subtitled "The European Newsletter," Using Telematics in Education and Training is a European newsletter containing up-to-date information about technology-based education. It is published ten times a year.

  • EADTU News
    EADTU News is the newsletter of the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities. The publishing schedule is irregular. It is published in the Netherlands.

  • European Journal of Open and Distance Learning
    This e-journal covers topics such as technology in education, multimedia in education, open and distance learning, and online learning.

International
  • The Turkish Online Journal of Distance Education (TOJDE) (Turkey)
    Published by Anadolu UniversityYunusemre Campus in Turkey, this international e-journal contains articles about the challenged involved with providing students enrolled in distance learning programs with useful theory, research, and information.

  • DLA Newsletter (South Africa)
    The DLA Newsletter is the newsletter of the Distance Education Association of Southern Africa (DEASA). The association was previously called the Distance Learning Association (DLA) of Southern Africa. The newsletter is published in Johannesburg.

  • DEH (Distance Education in Health) NEWS (Kenya)
    Subtitled "A forum for the exchange of news and views among health workers in distance education," DEH NEWS is published bi-annually by the Distance Education Unit of AMREF (the African Medical and Research Foundation). It is published in Nairobi, Kenya.

  • Educational Technology Review (ETR) (International)
    Originally available only in print, ETR serves as an International Forum on Educational Technology Issues and Applications. The newsletter provides its readers with a forum that is multidisciplinary and available to members of the Association for the Advancement of Computing Education (AACE) for the exchange of information between disciplines.

  • IPENZ (New Zealand)
    An e-zine containing information pertaining to the role of technology and online learning in the engineering profession, this electronic magazine is published by the Institution of Professional Engineers in New Zealand.

  • Interactive Educational Multimedia (IEM) (Spain)
    An e-zine "intended as a space for dialogue and reflection about the application of the multimedia technologies in education," Interactive Educational Multimedia is associated with Barcelona University.
