Computer Career Center was established in 1985 to give students the education necessary for a successful career path in rapidly evolving fields like healthcare, computers, and information technology. As Computer technology continues to grow, the Computer Career Center grows along with it. With new locations and diploma programs, the college continues to expand to provide the best training to a large group of students.
Computer Career Center offers an extensive array of specialized and vocational degree and diploma programs designed to give you the ability to find a good job. The curricula are developed by a special advisory board that continually evaluates current industry demands to create up-to-date courses that put students ahead of the competition in the job market.
Programs Offered at Computer Career Center
Computer Career Center offers a wide variety of programs that include degrees, certificates, and diplomas. The coursework for each program offers a comprehensive education in the field you choose so that you are prepared for the professional workforce when you graduate.
Computer Career Center offers degree and diploma programs in a number of fields in healthcare, business, and technology. Programs vary in length, with diploma and certificate programs lasting from a few months to about six months and degree programs from 18 months to two years in length.
The healthcare programs include both clinical and administrative aspects of working in a medical or dental office. The dental assisting diploma program also includes an externship. A new program in massage therapy is also available at certain locations.
Business and technology degree and diploma programs focus on helping you gain expertise in computer applications, including office software, Web design, or network security. These programs prepare you for entry-level employment or higher in a variety of today's fastest growing occupations.
By offering flexible class schedules and a variety of professional programs, Computer Career Center strives to accommodate the diverse needs of its students. Each of the various campus locations offers day and evening classes to suit your busy schedule. Programs range in length and can be taken on a full-time or part-time schedule.
Additionally, specific courses may be taken off campus as part of a company or military training program. The courses can be customized for the specific needs of different kinds of corporate or organizational groups. Depending on the program, some courses are also offered as individual classes if you are interested in advancing your knowledge but don't want to pursue a diploma or degree. The goal of the Computer Career Center is to provide you with high-quality technical training that allows you to immediately enter the job market.
