Advanced Education for In-Demand Nursing Careers
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of registered nurses is expected to grow 23 percent in the decade ending in 2016 with excellent job opportunities predicted. Nurses who train for advanced specialities--nurse anesthetists, nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists--should have the best chance for employment. To be competitive for these positions, a nurse needs a top quality education, which the Chamberlain College of Nursing provides in its online nursing programs.
To attract qualified nurses, many medical organizations offer a variety of incentives--work schedules that accommodate family life, signing bonuses, and help with educational expenses. And a quality education is often one of the primary keys to being able to take advantage of these incentives.
