In 1988, Roseville began redeveloping its downtown, and spent tens of millions of dollars to revitalize its historic areas. According to the Sacramento Business Journal, 14 of the region's top-growing companies are located in Roseville, including professional and financial services, automotive-related, and tech-based businesses.
