- The CRA Award of Excellence in 2005 for Community Revitalization.
- The CRA Award of Excellence in 2004 for Public Spaces. This award was won for the opening of the downtown Alhambra Renaissance Plaza, which has jump-started the renewal of downtown business and retail.
- The 2000 Award of Excellence in 2000 for Mixed Use Development. This award was won for a residential and commercial project: the Plaza on Main.
