The city of Rochester is focusing on improvements in two different areas. First, its CityScape program is creating new living opportunities within the city's borders, to encourage residents to come back into the city from the suburbs. Second, the city has just completed a Port of Rochester Master Plan to draw tourists to the refurbished waterfront area.
Rochester is an old city with many new ideas. The pioneering spirit that made it the Flour City and the Flower City guarantees that Rochester will enjoy many new successes in years to come.
