  The MS in Management Public Relations Track is designed to meet the needs of both the entry-level employee and the working professional who seeks a more formal grounding in his/her profession. A 36-semester hour program, the scope of the public relations track provides students with a solid grounding in public relations theory, legal, and ethical issues confronted by practitioners and the analytic and creative skills necessary to excel in the profession. The capstone experience provides the student with an opportunity to observe and participate in the production and assessment of a public relations campaign, providing the student with the opportunity to analyze the effects of various strategies and practices in the workplace.

  The MABC in Project Management degree specialization was designed around the Project Management Institute's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. While completion of this specialization does not guarantee that you will be able to pass PMI certification, you will master all of the relevant knowledge: project life cycles; planning for resources, costs, budgets, risks and staffing requirements; timelines; periodic evaluations; and strategic impacts. Communication professionals are enhanced with such a tangible skill set and can go on to achieve certification to increase earning power.
