Along with a meaningful education, Bohecker College instills in its students the importance of ethics and values in both personal and professional life.
Bohecker College has designed its educational programs with your employment prospects in mind. The diploma and degree programs offered at the different campuses center on the business, medical, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) professions. The college offers both associate's degree and diploma programs. The programs available at individual locations may vary.
You can earn a diploma or associate's degree that will help you enter a fast-growing healthcare profession, such as:
- Nursing
- Surgical technology
- Radiologic technology
- Medical assisting
- Health information management
- Medical billing and coding
- Dental assisting
- Paramedic
The medical programs are designed to prepare you for work in either the medical or the business side of the healthcare industry. Some programs combine these skills. For example, the medical business and clinical specialist program teaches you front-office skills such as medical billing and insurance procedures as well as clinical training like recording vital signs or preparing patients for an examination. This program is an associate's degree program.
You can also train for a career in business or the legal field by taking courses in criminal justice, business administration, accounting, or administrative assisting. These courses combine training in computer, business, and interpersonal skills necessary for these contact-intensive professions.
Coursework for a diploma or associate's degree in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration program is designed to prepare you to work in a growing field that is increasingly focused on providing services in an environmentally-friendly manner.
You receive instruction in current industry standards and up-to-date information in your chosen fields. Program-specific labs, such as simulation suites for nursing programs, provide hands-on experience linking theory to practice. Your instructors bring years of work experience to the classroom. Many also remain active in their professional careers, as they share their knowledge and skills with Bohecker College students.
Your classes are designed to align with the workforce demands of contemporary business, industry, and government. Fast-track training programs and small class sizes are just two ways Bohecker College is designed to ensure you get the training you need for the career you want.
