Question
I like to know how could I go about this or your opinion. I am working for a bank for 9 years as a credit analyst, I am qualified in Masters in Human Resource Management, now I am thinking to go back to HR. How do I introduce myself back to market now. The reason why is because I am excellent with people. I need to start but at the right place.

Answer
Elizabeth,
Don't be afraid to start in a more junior position to gain the necessary experience you will need to advance your career in the new field. Also be sure to play up your strengths that apply to your current career as well as your ideal career. Things like: analytical skills, organization, computer skills, etc. are all transferable no matter what industry you're in. Also, if you want to get into HR, look for HR Analyst type positions that may require a background such as yours (i.e dealing with excel spreadsheets, number crunching, analyzing trends, etc.)
Best of luck to you.
