I have nearly 15 years of law enforcement experience as a Police Officer/Deputy Sheriff. I earned a master's degree in public administration two years ago, and want to use this degree to pursue a management career in the public sector. However, it seems that every job I apply for requires several years of experience in administration. How can I position my time as a police officer as administration experience?
