Our Commitment to You

WWL Quality Assurance

Pursuing higher education is one of the most important decisions you'll make - for your life, for your career. World Wide Learn understands that and is committed to providing you with only the highest quality online education and distance learning opportunities and resources.

Unlike other online education directories, we refuse to list and/or partner with unaccredited schools. Each university or college offering academic programs featured on WorldWideLearn.com is accredited by governing bodies recognized under the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) http://www.chea.org.

Why Should You Care About Accreditation?

Two compelling reasons:

  1. Your Career Path
More and more human resources departments are checking on both current and prospective employees' education credentials. If you have a degree from an unrecognized institution, you run the risk of either being not considered for employment; or passed over for career advancement.

  2. Your Education Path
Academic credits from an unaccredited school will not be accepted for transfer to an accredited school. For example, say you've obtained your undergraduate degree from an unaccredited school and a few years down the road you decide you'd like to further your education either for career advancement or career change. You apply to a graduate level program at an accredited school. Your previous credits will not be accepted. So your "degree" is worthless and you've wasted both your time and money.

For whatever personal reason you choose to pursue post-secondary education, don't shortchange yourself. You deserve a quality education, not just for now but for your future.

Visit our Accreditation Answers section to learn more about accreditation.
